
Operation Anacapa is a faith-driven ocean and water therapy program led by Mission FISH, created to serve Veterans, Active Duty service members, First Responders, Gold Star families, and their loved ones. This program provides a sacred space for healing, connection, and restoration through the powerful combination of faith, community, and time on the water. Through Mission FISH’s core pillars — Fish, Interact, Share, Heal — participants experience more than a fishing trip. They enter an environment intentionally designed to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. The ocean becomes a place of peace, grounding, and renewal, where burdens are released, relationships are strengthened, and hope is restored. Operation Anacapa supports individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma by creating safe spaces for: Meaningful connection and fellowship Emotional and spiritual restoration Mental wellness support Community belonging and trust-building Purpose, identity, and hope renewal Each experience is led and guided by compassion, dignity, and service. Participants are welcomed as family, not as clients — creating an authentic community rooted in faith and love. The Bait Tank is a community feeding program presented by Healing Hands Ministry, created to serve the less fortunate at absolutely no cost to those we serve and the ones that didnt. This program exists to meet a basic but critical need in our community: food security. But The Bait Tank is more than a meal — it is a space of presence, care, and connection. Every person who comes is welcomed, valued, and treated with respect, because every life has worth and every soul matters. The Bait Tank serves individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, financial hardship, and crisis, offering not only nourishment for the body, but hope for the heart Through free meals and community support, The Bait Tank provides: *Nutritious meals at no cost *Safe, welcoming, judgment-free environment *Human connection and compassion *Access to support resources and community care through the VCCIE. The Bait Tank — a place where no one is turned away, no one is forgotten, and everyone is fed with love.
